Service Description
Open to women and men in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond. Your session includes: • Pre-shoot consultation to plan styling and vision • Professional hair and makeup for women, light grooming for men • Personalized photo shoot in our Niagara studio or on location • One 8x12 fine-art print, with the option to purchase more • Featured in the 2026 40 Over 40 campaign book • Entry into the 40 Over 40 contest Custom upgrades and add-ons are available. Once booked, we’ll contact you within 48 hours to schedule your consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your 40 Over 40 portrait session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule and team accordingly. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time may be subject to penalties. The amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable and secures your place in the campaign. We understand that things come up, and one client-requested reschedule may be accommodated when possible. Because this is a limited campaign with a set booking period, additional reschedules may affect your ability to participate. If you are no longer able to take part, you may transfer your spot to a substitute participant, subject to our approval and campaign eligibility. If you do not have a substitute available, we may offer the spot to another eligible participant.
